RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Signature Studio. We strive to provide high-quality fashion; however, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you with an exchange.

1. No Refund Policy

Please note that we do not offer refunds on any purchases. All sales are final.

2. Exchange Conditions

You may exchange your order within three (3) days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange:

  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • The original price tags must remain attached.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Important: Any item that has been altered, modified, or tailored at the request of the customer or by a third party is strictly ineligible for exchange or refund.

3. Exchange Process

  • In-Store: If you are based in Dubai, you may visit our boutique to process your exchange directly.
  • Online/Courier: If you cannot visit us, please contact our Customer Service team at info@signaturestudio.ae or call +971 4 333 3328 within the 3-day window to arrange a pick-up.
  • Costs: All shipping, logistics, and courier costs associated with the exchange are the sole responsibility of the customer.

PRODUCT-SPECIFIC RULES

  • Customized orders and Altered Items: Strictly no exchange once modifications are made.
  • Jewelry, Footwear, Bags & Accessories: Strictly no exchange for hygiene reasons.
  • Standard Apparel: Eligible for exchange within 3 days (subject to condition).

Our Customer Care staff reserves the right to determine the final condition of returned goods and may refuse an exchange if the items do not meet the criteria above.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Orders can only be canceled within one (1) hour of order placement.
  • Pre-paid Orders: Once an order is processed and paid for, it cannot be canceled.
