RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange your Order within 3 days from the day you receive your order. If you are based in Dubai, then you can visit our store to exchange the order and if you cannot visit our store then please contact our customer service team email@example.com call us at +971 4 423 9035 within 3 days from the order receiving date so we can organize a pick-up of the item. All shipping and logistics cost associated with exchange of an item is paid by the customer.
Exchange is only accepted if the item is in its original condition, not worn and has the original price tag on.
We do not have refund policy. The refund of an order is only permitted if the item is damaged on arrival. You are advised to immediately email us the picture of the order in its original condition. No exchange or refund is permitted if the tag has been removed and if the product is not in its original condition.
Our policy apply to the Products listed below:
1. No exchange or return is accepted after 3 days from the day customer has received the order
2. We will only accept returned goods if they are in the same condition as sent to you by us. Our Customer Care staff will determine the condition of the returned goods.
3. Footwear and Bags: Return and exchange on footwear and bags will only be accepted if Products returned in the original box, original packing and in an undamaged condition.
4. Customized orders are not exchanged or refunded.
5. Jewelry & Accessories has no return, exchange or refund permitted.
Only cash on delivery orders can be canceled within the first hour from the order placement.
